The DBS NSA Bridge-Mounted Aerator is a low-speed, high efficiency aerator. It is cost competitive with high-speed aerators while offering the efficiency and power savings of low-speed aerators. Power savings can be significant, around 20% to 30% or more.

The planetary gearbox is mounted directly in the aerator rotor. A high-efficiency, backwards-curved radial blade rotor increases oxygen transfer efficiency, and the height adjustment stand changes rotor submergence. The DBS NSA Bridge-Mounted Aerator also has a VFD ready motor to fine tune rotor speed to match oxygen demand.

Bridge-Mounted Aerators are commonly used in the pulp and paper industry.
