Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy
For whatever reasons, if a part needs to be returned to the factory, please e-mail to engineering@dbsmfg.com or call DBS at 404-768-2131 to acquire a RGA number. All returned parts will be handled as described in the RGA policy.
